Terms and subscription conditions
Commercial terms for subscriptions, access to the web interface, API usage and billing through Stripe.
1. Purpose of the service
The service provides access to a professional web interface and, depending on the subscribed plan, direct API access to creator data.
2. Contracting process and pricing
Subscriptions are contracted online through Stripe Checkout. The applicable price, currency, billing cadence and any applicable taxes are shown before payment is confirmed.
3. Plans and usage limits
Each public subscription includes its own monthly request quota, monthly creator-consumption quota and maximum results per request. Those limits may vary by plan and may be custom-defined for enterprise or internal agreements.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, each subscription is personal and linked to one user account.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until they are cancelled. Cancellation can be managed through the Stripe customer portal. Unless Stripe indicates otherwise, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the already-paid billing period.
5. Account and credentials
The customer is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API credentials associated with their subscription. Sharing credentials, using another person’s account or bypassing usage limits is prohibited.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes or in breach of third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to replicate, resell or redistribute the service or the database without express authorization.
- Do not automate abusive extraction or circumvent quota, pagination or security controls.
7. Availability and support
The service is provided on a best-effort basis according to the support level associated with each plan or custom agreement. Maintenance, third-party incidents or force majeure may temporarily affect availability.
8. Liability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is offered as-is. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor suitability for a specific business result, beyond what is expressly stated in the relevant plan or agreement.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be resolved before the courts and tribunals corresponding to the owner’s registered address, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
